Each unit includes 2 parking spots located directly in front of your office door as well as a 4’ x 20’ electric sign that can be used to advertise your business. The rear of the unit has a 16’ wide by 14’ high commercial garage door as well as an additional entry door. Our site layout provides for 60’ of pavement between buildings for easy access. Each office/warehouse unit has an electrical load center as well as water, sewer and gas. Electrical outlets and lighting are included and additional electrical components can be included at the customer’s request.
